TENREHTE will never divulge or use your contact information other than to send out your
order or send email notifications that you have requested. We do not spam or add further
junk to the Internet.
When you shop online at TENREHTE we never see your Credit Card details. For credit card
payment you will be directed to a secure third party online payment service. After your
card has been processed you will be returned to our site.

1. TENREHTE uses
PayPal for checkout and invoice payment processing for orders placed on the website. While you don't need a PayPal account to complete a purchase, creating a PayPal
account is recommended. You can also use Google Wallet to process your payment during checkout.

are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.

delivered FOB TENREHTE's shipping dock in Rochester, NY, international shipments are
delivered FCA (Incoterms 2000) TENREHTE's shipping dock in Rochester, NY USA. Sorry,
we do not ship COD.

an order confirmation from TENREHTE
does not signify our acceptance of
your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. TENREHTE reserves the right at any time after receipt of
your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. TENREHTE reserves the right at any time after receipt of
your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of
any item. We may require additional verifications or information before
accepting any order.
5. TENREHTE
tries to ensure that all product
information and prices appearing on the website are correct at the time you place your
order; however, TENREHTE
does not assume responsibility for
any errors. If an error has been discovered in the price of the product you have ordered,

For domestic orders, sales tax will be calculated and charged FOB TENREHTE's shipping

7. Tax-exempt
entities can request a refund of the tax paid on an order. We require a copy of your duly executed sales tax exemption certificate and the billing or shipping address on the order
must match the address on the certificate. Please include a copy of your order receipt. You can email your request including both a soft copy of your executed sales tax exemption certificate and a soft copy of your order receipt to sales at tenrehte dot
com. Your email subject line should include your
order number.

Please do not attempt to change your shipping address once you submit your order.
Although we cannot guarantee a change of your shipping address, you may email your request
to change your shipping address, including a soft copy of your order receipt to sales at

the physical shipment for your order has left our fulfillment warehouse your shipping
address cannot be changed. If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be
returned to our fulfillment warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.
9. International Orders

depending on the delivery address

We strive to provide accurate shipping rates and fees during your checkout process. Sometimes due
to circumstances beyond our control, the quoted International shipping rates and fees are
in error. Once you place your International Order we will contact you if we find an issue
with the quoted International shipping rates and fees. After you authorize a specific
rate, depending on the amount we will either credit the excess to you or issue you an
invoice for the remainder of the charges.
9.1.2. International
Orders can not be shipped until shipping rates and fees are prepaid.

International Order shipment may be subject to the customs fees and

How your order is processed:

Most orders placed Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed within
one to three business days.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will start to processed and confirmed
starting on the following Monday, most orders will be processed and confirmed within
one to three business days.
12.3.
Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all United States
federal holidays.
12.4.
Please note that order processing time does not include transit time. Transit time
is the responsibility of delivery service chosen during checkout.

drivers may not leave packages without first obtaining signatures, so you must arrange for
